Edinburgh Fringe 2014
Been a while since I wrote a blog post so I’m a bit rusty but I thought I would base this on our time in Edinburgh.
Now admittedly, we left it way to late to go visit the fringe, well not true, we left it a bit late for street performers. By the time we got there which was the Thursday before it ended it wasn’t that busy and there wasn’t really many street performers but we got a few shots off and then decided to hit some street photography.
Firstly, here are a few images of our street performers:
The performances were great, Sam and myself really enjoyed just walking around and taking what was there all in.
The magic act was fantastic, the wee lad didn’t speak a word of English but managed to stay through the whole act and was having a great time, very nice to see!
The Female statue at the end, when I gave her some money I got a lovely kiss on the hand, well it was lovely afterwards, I absolutely soiled myself when she grabbed my hand.
So with lunch at the Filling Station, have you been there? No? Well go, it’s on the Royale Mile, absolutely lovely meal which Sam kindly paid for, thank you Sam, we headed around princess street for a wander around Edinburgh where I took to some street photography and I have to stay I was quite happy with the shots I got as street photography is something I don’t normally get the chance to do. Here are the images we got.
So there we have it, our time in Edinburgh and what we saw!
Told I was rusty, will need to start writing more of these and it just so has it the next one will be either our time at Blair Horse Trails or Beat the Borders!
As always feel free to share or leave a comment, always a pleasure to hear from you all.
Thanks for reading!
See you soon!
