I’m just going to get straight to it, WHAT A YEAR! … 2015 was out first full year with our sponsored riders, Vicky, Sarah, Henny and Katie and it’s been such a ride! We have had highs, lows laughs and yup even some tears but that is part of the game. I’ve also met some fantastic people throughout the season, slept in lorries, fallen through beds, alot of runing, oh my alot of running, trying to keep up with these girls is quite something..
It’s been an absolute pleasure to be part of their teams and I don’t just mean to photograph them, I’ve had the pleasure of their company outwith eventing so have come to know them more and more.. each and every one of them have worked their socks off for what they have achieved this season and it’s just been fantastic to be part of it.
I’d like to thank each and every one of you ( you all know who you are )
I’d also like to thank my wife, Sarah, without her support whilst I have spent a lot time away I wouldn’t be able to do what I do!
I can now also announce that Vicky, Sarah, Henny and Katie have my full support and sponsorship for 2016 and there is a lot more to come for next year.
Some of the highs of 2015 then..
- Vicky and Flynn – talk about getting back on it, their comeback at Etal was just superb..
- Sarah D – seeing Sarah and Peg grow together and watching Peg change is something else, hard work and dedication never goes a miss!
- Katie – taking on a self employment as Thistle Thoroughbreds, moving to BE100 on Mr Carter, bring on a young Percy and so much more achieved.. amazing!
- Henny – her aim was to do a CCI** and a CCI* and she achieved it with style at Osberton, so glad to have been able to share this with them.
That is just some of the highs. The main high for me is the fun I’ve had, I’d hate to think how many photos I have taken throughout the season but I can honestly say I’ve loved taken every one of them and I cannot wait until 2016..
I’ve put together a little slideshow below of our photographs which ultimately are memories and they are to be treasured.. I hope you enjoyed it and as always feel free to leave a wee comment or share the post.
